Gamblers Anonymous (GA) is a fellowship of men and women who share their experience and support one another in stopping gambling. Meetings are free, anonymous, and run by members who have been there themselves. There are in-person meetings across the country and online and phone meetings as well.
Use the meeting finder on the official GA site to locate one near you. You do not need to speak at your first meeting — many people simply listen.
