GamTalk is a free, moderated online community where people affected by gambling — including family members — can share their stories and support each other anonymously. It can be a helpful complement to a helpline or a meeting, especially outside of meeting hours.
The community is active around the clock, which makes it useful in the moments between meetings or when phoning a helpline feels like too big a step. Trained moderators keep the space safe and supportive, and you can read other people’s stories quietly before you ever post anything yourself.
